2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for recall of the order dated 24.12.2016 passed by Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi in Certificate Case No. 130/2014-15 whereby and whereunder he had issued warrant against petitioners.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioners had approached the Certificate Officer for recall of the said order dated 24.12.2016 in terms of their petition (Annexure-5) which was disposed on 02.08.2017 rejecting the prayer for recall. The said order dated 02.08.2016 has however not been challenged in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16510 of 2017 dt.21-02-2018 2/2 present writ petition. No sufficient reason has been shown on behalf of the petitioners for grant of the relief sought.
