KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Shahkund P.S. Case No.2 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 115, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol and live cartridge.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur, in Shahkund P.S.Case No.02 of 2016.
