2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 273 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) and 238(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner, who is the father-n-law of the victim, is said to have participated in the torture and killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the period of custody and the allegation, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 273 of 2024.
