2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 26.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 44827 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 674 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, one Nand Kishore Yadav is said to have killed the child.

5. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. He is in jail since 13.05.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75118 of 2023(5) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 674 of 2022.
