Case No. 305 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 32(2), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016// of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from Asmashan Ghat, a public place. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
