2/5 ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 Heard the parties.

2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating contempt proceedings against the above-mentioned respondentsopposite parties, for willful, deliberate violation and non-compliance of Order/Judgment dated 28.03.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 14231 of 2023.

3. on 28.03.2024, this Court disposed of writ petition with the following observation:

(i) the petitioner shall submit a fresh petition alongwith requisite fee before the District Land Acquisition Officer.

Bhagalpur who shall constitute a team for fresh measurement of the land in question;

(ii) the aforesaid exercise be completed within four weeks from which the petitioner prefers his petition along with the documents with requisite fees;

3/5 (iii) once the proper measurement is done in the presence of the petitioner as also all the concerned parties, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur shall make appropriate recommendation for the payment of the compensation relating to the land which has been acquired;

(iv) the payment shall be made within a period of maximum six months from the date an order is passed.

4. A show cause as also a supplementary show cause on behalf of opposite party nos. 2, 5, 13 & 15 and the learned State counsel has taken this to paragraph 4, 5, and 6 read as follows:

4. That vide office order contained in Letter No.-242 dated 10.03.2025 the Executive Engineer Flood Control Division Navgachhiya sanctioned the compensation amount of Rs.

10,42,800 for the petitioner against his land in question. The said

4/5 compensation amount of Rs.

10,42,800 has been paid to the petitioner and the same is evident from the CFMS bilis.

5. That vide office order contained in Letter No.-254 dated 11.03.2025 the Executive Engineer Flood Control Division Navgachhiya sanctioned the compensation amount of Rs.

15,64,200 for the brother of the petitioner namely Vinay Kumar Ray against his land in question. The said compensation amount of Ra.

15,64,200 has been paid to the brother of the Petitioner and the same la evident from the CEMS bills.

6. That in the aforesaid circumstances it is humbly submitted that the department of deponent has completed the order of the Hon'ble Court.

5. This Court is convinced that the order stands

6. If the petitioner has still any grievance, he has forum/Court for its redressal.
