2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) (a), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 17.06.2025 at about 11:30 PM, the husband of informant was returning home after participating in a Shradh ceremony, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons and 5-7 unknown fired indiscriminately upon husband of informant and one Chandan Kumar, due to which, both of them died on spot. As per paragraph - 3 of the bail petition, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69685 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
