The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the simple and superficial injuries sustained by two injured as also the fact that there is counter case and two other accused namely, Kamlesh Yadav and Rajesh Yadav having more or less identical allegation have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9211 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 vide order dated 28.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32979 of 2017, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
