2. The grievance relates to selection for the post of Anganbari Sahaiyaka for Ward No. 14, Centre No. 284 under Gram Panchayat Raj Khaira in the District of Muzaffarpur. In the said section process, Respondent No.9 has been selected, which it appears has been challenged by the petitioner by making an application before the District Programme Officer,
