2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have appeared before District Programme Officer with fake signature for correction of her date of birth in E. P . F. account.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner was totally unknown of the fake signature because she has received the said paper from the office of concern authorities.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75469 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 Petitioner is a woman and also a government teacher and she has not committed any offence as alleged. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. case No. 122 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
