2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2674 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through process of mediation.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 also conceded the said fact of settlement.

5. The mediation report dated 19.03.2025 is on record. As

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74493 of 2024(4) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 per the mediation report, the dispute between the parties has been resolved. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties and the same has been attached with the said report.

6. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and considered the fact that both the parties have amicably settled the dispute, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2674 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
