The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is against other petitioner and one Malo Rajak but not the present petitioner. The allegation against him is of assault and he has already been in jail since 02.06.2017. Considering the fact that one similarly situated person, namely, Malo Rajak has been extended the privilege of bail on 21.09.2017 in connection with Cr. Misc. No. 42751 of 2017 and petitioner's case stand on the similar footing, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
