2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.131 of 2023 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the son of the informant had gone to his sasural where he died. It is further alleged that the petitioners along with his family members committed murder of the son of the informant after mixing some intoxicated in water.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73393 of 2023(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 case. Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is brother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific overt act made against the petitioners. Only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioners have been named in the F.I.R. The petitioners are in custody since 18.06.2023 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the parties and the period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.131 of 2023.
