2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 64/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 80, 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner who is the husband of the deceased is alleged of killing the deceased along with other accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that in the trial all the witnesses except the I.O. has been examined. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
