The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2150 of 2016 registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. He is a reputed businessman and has committed no offence as alleged. On perusal of the Annexure nos. P-2 and P-3, it appears that prior to this case, petitioner has been made accused for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the I.P.C. but in which he has been granted bail.
