Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in Cr. Misc. No 51703 of 2017 S.T. No. 222 of 2016 has typed out in the prayer portion in place of "S.T. No.615 of 2016".

In such view of the matter, the order dated 28.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51703 of 2017 is modified to that extent that in paragraph 1 of the said order in place of "Sessions Trial No.222 of 2016" it should be read as "Sessions Trial No.615 of 2016".

From the face of the records it appears that in the last paragraph of the said order case number has not been incorporated.

Let in the last paragraph of the said order, case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16738 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 number bearing S.T. No.615 of 2016, arising out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No..442 of 2015 be incorporated. Accordingly this application is disposed of.
