2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 10 litres country-made Mahua liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the motorcycle, from which, illicit liquor has been recovered, her prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
