Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411/34 of the IPC was added. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of impugned order that name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Manthan Kumar and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.
