Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with the respondent no.7, namely, Ram Shiela Kumari, respondent no.8, namely, Babita Rai and the respondent no.9, namely, Rekha Kumari, had applied for the post of Anganwadi Sewika in Ward No.7 of Gram Panchayat-Chandkewari, BlockParoo, District-Muzaffarpur. While the petitioner is the resident of Ward No.7 of Gram Panchayat-Chandkewari, Block-Paroo, DistrictMuzaffarpur, but, unfortunately, the name of the petitioner was

Patna High Court CWJC No.21392 of 2019 dt.02-12-2019 2/2 shown in the voter-list as resident of Ward No.9 of Gram PanchayatChandkewari, Block-Paroo, District-Muzaffarpur, whereas the respondent no.7, namely, Ram Shiela Kumari, is the resident of Ward No.9 of Gram Panchayat-Chandkewari, Block-Paroo, DistrictMuzaffarpur, but her name has been shown in the voter list as resident of Ward No.7 of Gram Panchayat-Chandkewari, BlockParoo, District-Muzaffarpur, and if the same is not verified and corrected, the respondent no.7, namely, Ram Shiela Kumari, may be appointed as Anganwadi Sewika of Ward No.7 of Gram PanchayatChandkewari, Block-Paroo, District-Muzaffarpur.

The petitioner has not disclosed in the writ application about the change of her name in the voter list from Ward No.9 of Gram Panchayat-Chandkewari, Block-Paroo, District-Muzaffarpur, to Ward No.7 of Gram Panchayat-Chandkewari, Block-Paroo, District-Muzaffarpur, and nor the uncorrected voter list has been submitted by the petitioner before the Selection Committee.
