2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mufassil P.S.Case No. 184 of 2023.
3. As per the allegation, on the fateful day, the petitioner along with other accused persons came to the house of the informant variously armed with weapons and started abusing him. On protest, the petitioner assaulted the informant with a sword on his head, as a result of which the informant slumped to the ground.

Though there is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant by sword, but the injuries caused by hard and blunt substance have been found to be simple in nature. He has also submitted that the father of the petitioner has suffered grievous injuries, vide Annexure-5.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named,in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Nawada in connection with Mufassil P.S.Case No. 184 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
