2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek for regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on
