The present application has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 19-07-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48759 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 577 of 2023 and petitioner was directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks, the petitioner shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further two weeks time for surrender of the petitioner as due to unforeseen circumstances, elaborated in paragraph No. 4 of this application,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75807 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 petitioner was unable to surrender and furnish the bail bonds as directed vide order dated 19-07-2024.

In view of the submission canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is granted two weeks time after Diwali holidays to surrender before the learned court below and to furnish his bail bonds.

Accordingly, the order dated 19-07-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48759 of 2024, is modified to the aforesaid extent. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Raj Kishore/- U T
