JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 24 of 2019 (Trial No. 718 of 2019) disclosing offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As per complaint, petitioner is happens to be the husband and allegation of demand of Rs. 10,00,000/- and for non-fulfillment of that assaulting her.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Shivhar, in connection with Complaint Case No. 24 of 2019 (Trial No. 718 of 2019).
