The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 31.03.2022 in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 29.03.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363,366A of the Indian Penal Code wherein chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 363, 366A, 354(B) and 34 of IPC, Section 8 of POCSO Act, Sections 3(i)(wi), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act and Section 9 of the Child Marriage Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this bail petition the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as alleged in the FIR by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has
