The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that four persons named in the FIR including the petitioner and some unknown persons came at the General Store of the informant and started outraging the modesty of his daughter and when the informant made protest then they started abusing. At that time Bablu and this petitioner fired from their pistol which hit Md. Gulab and Md. Jafar.

Submission is that the injuries as found on the injured Md.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66589 of 2019(2) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 Gulab and Md. Jafar are simple in nature. The petitioner and the informant are the next door neighbours and moreover, the informant and both the injured persons have filed a compromise petition in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Samastipur. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) BT/- U T
