JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad (T) P. S. Case No. 98 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 295A, 333, 353, 153A, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R. several accused persons including the petitioner have pelted stones during the procession of Ram Naumi and tried to disrupt communal harmony and also causing injury to the officials engaged in discharge of their duties. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them. They have no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad(T) P. S. Case No. 98 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
