2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 180 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of committing dacoity in a jewellary shop.

4. The petitioner is an accused in 10 more cases of similar and serious nature. He is in jail since 29.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the criminal antecedent and the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
