2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 321 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 302, 120B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have entered into the shop of the deceased and have shot at the deceased.

The post-mortem report supports the prosecution case and the petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
