The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 dated 07.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471, 484/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On confidential information, the house of the petitioner was raided and from there, two stolen motorcycles were recovered. On the pointing of the petitioner, other houses were also raided from where five other stolen motorcycles were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is only on paper and the petitioner has been falsely implicated. So far as the antecedents of the petitioner is concerned,

No.48232 of 2017 (3) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 it has been submitted that after arrest of the petitioner in the present case, requisition was made for his arrest/remand in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 361 of 2014, which had been registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2017. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017.
