The petitioners apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 102/2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 295A, 333, 353, 153A, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on the eve of Ramnawmi nuisance intend to insult the religious belief reciprocally in which petitioner and others were present but in the way the members of the mob set the houses, shops, vehicle on fire, committed mischief, theft assaulted with intent to kill, regarding

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are named in the FIR as members of mob at the eve of ramnawmi. Both the petitioners are named in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No.98/2018, 99/2018, 100/2018, 101/2018, 102/2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 102/2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
