Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 4.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34964 of 2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now the charge has been framed in the month of August. The petitioner is in custody from seven months and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

It appears that the case is under Section 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55795 of 2017 (2) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months. At the S.P., Sheikhpura is also directed to ensure production of the witnesses in the court so that the trial may be concluded within the period as specified.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
