17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 122/2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for the informant jointly submit that they are own gotias and the dispute had arisen only on account of drainage. They claimed that they have settled their dispute and have compromised in order to live peacefully. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7239 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 State is present.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 122/2017, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
