Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,326,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner allegedly caused injury with firearm at the left thigh and right shoulder of his tenant-Dhananjay Kumar.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 21.02.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 73048 of 2018 with direction to the learned Trial Judge to expedite and conclude the trial within six months.

The trial has not concluded as yet. Petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61739 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 in custody since 10.09.2018. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No.402 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
