Khurshid Alad, learned AAG-12, along with Mr. Mahtab Alam, learned AC to SC-20, appearing for the State.

The petitioner, in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition, has sought inter alia the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "That, this writ application is being filed for commanding the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to a suitable class III post on compassionate ground due to death of his father who died on 12.04.2016 in harness.

This writ application is also being filed for holding that the impugned nonconsideration of the case of the petitioner for

Patna High Court CWJC No.16514 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 appointment on compassionate ground to a suitable class III post is illegal, arbitrary and without any lawful justification."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Level Compassionate Committee, Darbhanga (Respondent No.2), along with the 'No Objection Certificate' from the family members, in view of the communication contained in letter no.496 dated 12.08.2024, for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. The District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Level Compassionate Committee, Darbhanga (Respondent No.2) is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
