2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the informant had gone somewhere else to celebrate Holi leaving his house in closed condition. When he came back to his home, he found that some jewellery and cash were stolen away by unknown miscreants.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Md. Meer Munaf was apprehended and he has given his confessional statement. The name of this

It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that Md. Meer Munaf has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.54410 of 2025. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No.50 of 2025.
