Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahua PS Case No. 369 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 abd 366A of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant only raised suspicion against the petitioners for kidnapping his daughter along with Sahodar Rai, but the girl's statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. clearly shows that she eloped with Sahodar Rai and married with him though the girl is minor. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Nand Kishore Rai @ Panditji and Raj Mangal Rai in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50178 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Mahua PS Case No. 369 of 2015 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
