2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2022, lodged on 08.01.2022 under Sections 20(B)(II-C/22/27(a)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24336 of 2022 with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and liberty was granted to the petitioner to move for bail 9 months after framing of charge.

4. A report has been called for vide order no.2 dated 24.11.2023 in which it has come that out of five witnesses, four

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2022, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara is hereby rejected.

8. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within 3 months.
