The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner was granted provisional bail on 04.12.2019 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 420, 386, 406, 323 and 504 of the I.P.C.

In pursuance to the earlier order dated 02.11.2020, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the informant. The following statement has been made in paragraph no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the

"2. That it is humbly submitted that I have received the amount of Rs. 5 Lacs (Rs. 5,00,000/-) through cheque from the petitioner of this case. Which amount is received by me by way of full and final settlement between the parties of this case. Matter has been settled between the parties of this case."

The matter relates to accounts settlement. Now in light of the statement made in paragraph no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the informant, the issue has been resolved between the petitioner and the informant.

Considering the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019, is hereby confirmed.
