Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S.Case No. 313 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354A, 354B, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant and others and also outraging the modesty of sister of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the present case is counter blast of the case filed by the petitioner three days earlier and injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure-2.

No.23721 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S.Case No. 313 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
