2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with B.P. No. 1958/2025 arising out of Khagaul P.S. Case No. 171/2025 dated 22.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 111(4), 111(6) and 111(7) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and the co-accused persons is of demanding extortion money from the local builders and businessman as well as forcibly occupying the government and other land of the locality.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69623 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the co-accused, Ritlal Yadav. The petitioner has nine criminal antecedents and he is acquitted in seven cases whereas he is on bail in two cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner and the co-accused persons run an organized crime where they acquire huge amount of money through extortion or by forcibly occupying others land.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Patna in connection with B.P. No. 1958/2025 arising out of Khagaul P.S. Case No. 171/2025, with the condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69623 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 3/3 failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
7. The application stands allowed.
