2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 201 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of looting motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72841 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 201 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Kesariya Police Station on the first and last Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
