The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amour P.S.Case No. 66 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation as also the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation on the basis of confession made by the co-accused Md. Mois, who has already been granted bail by the court below, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
