Applicant has been arrested in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No.3/2016 for the offences under Sections-392 of I.P.C. He is in custody since 25.5.2017.The allegation against the applicant is that he along with co-accused Salman Hussain waylaid the informant while he was going home in his Motorcycle and committed the offence in question. A co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 6.3.2017 has granted bail to the co-accused Salman Hussain who is said to be the main accused who committed the offence.

In view of the fact that the main accused has already been granted bail vide Annexure 2, the application is allowed.

Applicant named above is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47007 of 2017(2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing the bail-bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.3 of 2016.
