JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. Certain issue was decided by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 19333 of 2016 vide oral judgment dated 10.5.2018. Considering the fact that decision was taken by this Court relying upon the judgment of the Division Bench, the present writ application is disposed of in similar terms of C.W.J.C. No. 19333 of 2016 vide oral judgment dated 10.5.2018, the respondents are accordingly directed to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of decision dated 26.2.2018 in LPA No. 655 of 2015 and extend similar benefit to the petitioners, if it is found that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of the LPA Court. Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent no.3 within a maximum period of of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
