2. The grievance of the petitioners is that though there is availability of the land for constructing the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the village Headquarter of Mahagama Panchayat, Dharhara Block, Munger but ignoring the circular Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan has been proposed to be constructed in the place
Patna High Court CWJC No.17233 of 2024(2) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 which is not in the Panchayat Headquarter.
3. In that view of the matter, the petitioners may file their representation to the District Magistrate, Munger (respondent no.2) who shall decide it in accordance with law within a period of two months.
4. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
