The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded Katta, one live cartridge and one empty cartridge are recovered in this case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded Katta, one live cartridge and one empty cartridge are alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
