2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The matter had been sent earlier to the Patna High Court Mediate Centre for amicable settlement of disputes and the issues between the parties have been resolved and it has been informed by both the counsels appearing for the parties that the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are residing together as husband and wife and are leading a peaceful

4. In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
