The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that some unknown persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant with intention to marry her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim girl has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has been recorded. The victim girl had left the house out of her own will. The victim girl was in love affair with the petitioner, which was not liked by the parents of the victim girl. Hence the present

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chandradip P.S. case No.71 of 2019.
