JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is always ready to submit the relevant documents which are in his custody on proper receipt, but the present Chairman demands the records however is not ready to take charge in writing. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 29.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13567 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46814 of 2017(2) dt.07-11-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
