2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 88.42 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been made accused in this case because he happens to be the owner of the motorcycle in question . Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed.
